Wabbajack Spell Tome

Description
This mod adds a spell that has the same effect of Wabbajack. It's an adept level destruction spell that you can find in the Sleeping Giant Inn in Riverwood on the owner's counter.

Select the spell tome in the cell view window in the CK, click Edit and set the ownership of the spell tome to Player.
