Description
Adds dirt path to floors, used for making pathways inbetween your structures, nothing that special.

Might start working on Sand & Snow paths again soon.. - 18.05.08

Cost to build is free, requires no materials.

Update: 17.09.06
Added an alternate style to the Dirt Path, Lighter than the original
Also made the Packed Dirt construcable and used for floors / paths

Changed the texture so it's not so dark anymore and meshes in with the soil texture a lot better

Added Flammability, set it to 0.22. No more fire breaker walls. :)

Removed Flmmability due a bug, needs reworking I will fix it SOON !!
Added a speed boost when you walk on the dirt path tiles, your colonists will now move 8% faster.

I should have tested the Flammability more, that's my bad.

so its been a few days. have u had any problems with editing that about.xml? cause i might try it

I've found that this mod works with 1.1, after editing About.xml to update supportedVersion and add 1.1. The only change the mod makes to the base game is to add the packable attribute to several terrain types. Everything else is new content, so I judged the risk of messing things up to be very low. Others will have to make their own decision about forcing the mod to load for 1.1; I'm just passing along my own experience.

Agreed, I used this in EVERY base I make, hope there's 1.1 soon! (I don't want to load a 1.0 mod into 1.1 even if it works...)

it may be a conflict somewhere in my hundreds of mods but the packed dirt floor has -1 beauty and -0.4 cleanliness despite saying the opposite in the description.

No, the only thing is they get dirty and that's because I like the idea of having to maintain a pathway, or clean it up after being used.

Seems some people don't like that aspect but with a cleaning zone mod it works out pretty well.

Works really good for roleplaying as a medieval kingdom
