Hello! I've uploaded a new overhauled version of this addon as a result of

You do not need sv_cheats enabled to use this addon.

2022 UPDATE: The addon decided to break itself recently, so I've fixed it. Along with a few other things, such as it removing the ambient noise, reverbations and echoes in the environment. It should now only work as intended! Thanks for all of the love guys, i really didn't expect this addon to blow up!

This addon REMOVES the annoying EAR RINGING / TINNITUS sound and SHOULD NOT conflict with any other sound addon in the workshop

I made this addon purely because I looked around the workshop desperately trying to find a fix for this issue and I just ended up fixing it myself.
