Jules Verne's classic novel Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea tells the story of Captain Nemo and his astounding ship, the Nautilus. The second edition of Nemo's War, Victory Point Games' popular solitaire offering from designer Chris Taylor, is a greatly enhanced offering featuring mass-production printing and amazing Ian O'Toole art and graphics throughout.

Set in year 1870, you set sail in this amazing electric-powered submarine, assuming the role and motive of Captain Nemo as you travel across the seas on missions of science, exploration, anti-Imperialism, and War!

With this supercharged second edition of Nemo's War, prepare yourself for the adventure of a lifetime!

Complexity: 3 on a 9 scale

Solitaire Suitability: 9 on a 9 scale

Scale: Time is measured in Action Points which represent approximately 1 week of real time; each encounter is with 1 major ship (its crew and contents) and each area is 1 Ocean.

This is primarily a solitaire game and is thus best played solo, but the game does come with a coop and semi-coop variant. Rulebooks are provided in the mod.

I do not own any of the assets provided in this mod, I simply uploaded it so others may enjoy.

I now believe the issue comes from a discrepancy between the ultimate's edition rulebook and the standalone journey's end release - people who got Journey's End on BGG have reported actually having different component counts from the Ultimate Edition

For what it's worth - If you combine the treasure tokens in this mod with the journey's end upload, I think you end up with some differences from the components list of the ultimate edition. By my count:

Wonders: 14 in TTS, 13 in rulebook
Retains: 18 in TTS, 19 in rulebook
Maps: 32 in TTS, 32 in rulebook
Other: 7 in TTS, 9 in rulebook

someone posted journey's end on the discord server tabletop simulator club save trading server if anyone can update the mod with those cards and put them in the script please

Unfortunately I don't have any of the Journey's End / Ultimate Edition content, so no plans for now.

Thank you for this great mod! The setup and scoring sripting is awesome. Let's you play this in no time. :steamthumbsup:

However, I noticed two errors: the civilian ships "Taeping" and "Donau" are not scored correctly. The script scores for each 1 warship VP.

The +2 treasure from those cards means you draw the treasure tokens from the bag.

Hi Phillip. Are cards like "Vanikoro" and "Attack of the giant squid" missing the "treasure=2" in the script? If not, how should I score these 2 points that I gain when they Pass?

Just got this game for Christmas, glad to see it here. Will be nice to still play it when I don't have a flat surface available to leave the game setup for days :)
