All servers are welcome to use it tho.
You can go inside every building and go up every roof, if you know how to parkour.
Good for up to 20 players. Maybe it works for murder and TTT as well.

A research center with a lot of small rooms and a hall in the higher floor.
A classroom building with a café in the higher floor.
A theater building with two theaters.
An offices building with 8 floors and a terrace.
An arts museum with giant painting of a Pikachu, Link, Donkey Kong and a Mario Kart's banana.
And a Mario easter egg on the roof.
A bar.
A icy soccer field.
Three small houses.
A farm area.
