Description
Skyline Tower was completed in 2014 at a height of 169 feet (52 meters), making it the fifth-tallest building in Champaign, Illinois (as of the date of this posting). The first floor houses Gameday Spirit, a retailer of Fighting Illini merchandise. The upper floors hold luxury apartments of various sizes, primarily occupied by students of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Skyline Tower is one of two LEED-certified apartments in Champaign-Urbana (as of the date of this posting); it earned this certification in part due to its environmentally-friendly green roof.

This asset was created with ploppability in mind.
While this building would probably make a fine growable asset, it's designed to be placed at the upper-right-hand corner of intersections, so I have uploaded it as a ploppable Unique Building. I strongly encourage using it with the Ploppable RICO mod so that it can function as a residential building while still being ploppable.

No lie, I used to work at Gameday Spirit but it was in the old building before they sold it and moved back in to this one

@JustDucky - I'm planning on it! The building I'm working on to release next is a campus building. I have several campus buildings already on the workshop from 2014, but they aren't quite up to my new standards with respect to texturing.

This is awesome! I have family in Champaign. Is there any chance you could do more buildings from there? Especially the U of I campus?

I like it, Iowa City has been building a lot of 8-15 story buildings similar to this lately.

Thanks, looks great. I like those "smaller" highrise buildings way more than the large skyscrapers.
