DCMI Central Part (Slow)

Description
The central interchange part of a small & proper DCMI; There are 8 connecting points in the corners of this assets, for you to connect them freely. Most of the connection ramps are also basic elevated one-way two-lane roads (They are exactly the same width as highway ramp when elevated, and I find them more suitable for my urban usages)
