Random pattern for Hydrographic, Spray-paint.

I made Neotrex back in 2017 and always felt a it needed some changes but couldn't put my finger on what was needed. I re-visited it and figured a key problem I think was the pattern scale was just far too small. The pattern is really complex and with the previous smaller pattern scale a lot of the details are just left out, plus I think it flows a lot better with a larger scale. Another notable difference is the change to using ignore weapon scale since I feel the pattern tiles better with that setting off.

While I do believe the orange and blue I used back in 2017 was a good color-scheme, the secondary color was far too dark and I feel doesn't work as well as a lighter secondary color which is more muted that compliments the primary more saturated hues.

I didn't change the Texture at all because well, I don't know what where to even start on it and it's already really complicated. Doing any shadow layering or anything of the sort doesn't seem to work well, so it's just left the same.

I think the pattern works best as a hydrographic or spray-paint finish so I am sticking to those two. I dabbled with anodized mutlicolored but it only really works with the Mag-7 since so many of the other weapons have large parts without pattern finish.

Anyways, thanks for reading. It is fun to revisit stuff you have done in the past and see what you should of changed, etc.
