This is a custom wrestler from Z-World. Chiba is known as The Lariat King and likes to use at least 3 consecutive lariats to finish his match. He accomplishes this by using Orochigeese's "Echo" technique discussed on fpwarena.com

Absolutely. The man you need to talk to is Orochigeese. He is the father of the ECHO logic. I’m sure he’s learned a lot more since I created Chiba.

I've been trying to learn ECHO to implement in one of my edits, to no avail, mostly because i'm dumb. do i have your permission to use your logic setup as a base for my wrestler?
