Description
- Infantry now receive the same health bonus at all upgrade levels
- Eldar upgrades now affect health and shield in equal proportion
- Eldar upgrades brought in line
- Starting infantry health increased

I'm afraid that I didn't make the rework mod. You may have me confused with another modder.

Dude why did you delete rework mod it was so good :( I don't like this one because it messes up gameplay and deathwatch is to OP, rework mod was way more stable and better, here we still get crashes with demon :'(

I like what you did with the Eldar, a good buff. The Orks and SpaceMarines got a nerf, but its not too horrible. If anything, I do approve of your changes.

Known Bugs/Issues

- Description text for the Eldar vehicle durability upgrades is corrupted

- If a Shadow Spectre squad has three models and the second Eldar infantry durability upgrade has been researched, the squad will lose a single model as soon as it is attacked. This has no effect on their shield and does not seem to occur if the squad has fewer than three models

Please note that I have no idea how to fix these bugs at the moment so they are likely to persist for the forseeable future. :)

The primary effects of these changes are to make infantry more durable in early-game while keeping their late-game durability the same and to fix Eldar durability upgrades. As the vanilla Eldar upgrades only affect shields, Eldar infantry and heavy infantry become relatively harder to bleed (since the health-to-shield ratio tilts further towards shields) while Sky Portal vehicles scale worse than comparable vehicles (since their health-to-shield ratio means they gain less despite their higher percentage).

- All infantry have +31% default health and shields (this only affects shields inseparable from the unit, i.e. Eldar shields)

- All Space Marine and Ork durability upgrades add 15% health per upgrade for a total of +45%(previously infantry received +15%/30%/45% at levels 1/2/3 for a total of +90%)

- All Eldar durability upgrades add 15% health and shield per upgrade for a total of +45% (previously Eldar received +25%/50%/75% shield per level for infantry (total +150%), +25% per level for Wraithguard/blades (total +75%), and +50% per level for vehicles (total +150%))

Mind giving a comparison of the default upgrades and starting health and what your mod changed? I'd like to know how much of a change this is.
