[Photon] Unmarked H1 Hummer

Just like the last photon I made, this is based of the local traffic officer's car who was directing traffic on my street the day that a telephone pole fell down. I didn't want to put too many lights on the hummer, because you can personalize the hummer to your prefences without the lights getting in the way.
