Desolate Base

Description
An old tipped over garbage bin which has been repurposed by a group of rebels to form a base to shelter away from headcrab bombings and combine troops.
It is unkown what happened to the rebels but it seems as though they left some supplies for anyone else who is following in their footsteps.
