Description
Dean Douglas (1995)

Dean Douglas came to the WWF in 1995 to lecture and grade the wrestlers and fans. Douglas would take notes on his opponents from ringside and carried a paddle he called the "board of education". Douglas would also offer report cards on wrestlers and this would lead him into a feud with Razor Ramon, who didn't care for being graded by the likes of Douglas. Due to an IC Title forfeit by Shawn Michaels, Douglas actually held the IC Title for 20 minutes before defending against, and losing the title to Razor Ramon. By the end of 1995 school was out for Douglas as he left the WWF.

Yeah I remember watching ECW and being shocked when Douglas showed up on WWF, then they did nothing with him.
