Description
Case #7: Johnny

The flames roar to life, and I see about a dozen shadows cast on the wall.

Too frustrated, isn't he?
Kill him many times.
A man with passion,
cannot live with me.

Johnny, an incubus, is the next elite. Kill him and find out what's in his safe.

[Mission]
Kill Johnny.

[Intel]
My candles tell me that the cardinal has keys to one of the doors. To be specific, the leftmost room on the third floor.

[Johnny]
After months of liquified ash experimentation, Johnny has gained the ability to duplicate. You'll need to kill him 16 times.

[Henchmen]
A few of Johnny's men have had liquified ash, they shall return to life a few times once killed.

--BONUS CHALLENGE--

"Lights On"
Clear "Johnny" without shooting out lights. (Switches and generators are permitted)

Author's Opinion: This level will be annoying to many. Mostly because of how much "liquified ash" the enemies have had. This may just be my creator's bias, but I think it's actually pretty fair. I'll say, if you know how to efficiently use your weapon (and take advantage of the AI) you can easily destroy every face you encounter. I don't have much else to say, apart from the fact that this level has the most trigger system usage out of any of mine so far.

In a nutshell, you're in for a hell of a ride!

This level really isn't working. Randomly "teleporting" enemies are bs. There should be a clear visual indicator and a reasonable delay when an enemy is about to "respawn." In addition to that, the whole level seems to centered around abusing the enemy AI (shooting behind a wall so that enemies pile behind the wall you take them out with a single explosive) or the game's systems like repeatedly using the generator to take out the lights. I can think of a couple of ways to make it more interesting to take out the lights in a room.

To add insult to the injury, you can die *easily* during the long cutscene that is forced upon you right at the very end. I got sledgehammered to the face during the third dialog box or so.

I did however like the idea of a vast an complex vent system that almost works as a puzzle of sorts in itself. Also, turning a normal enemy such as an Incubus into a full-blown boss with the help of the trigger system is neat.

Nice foreshadowing over there :^)
