PREPPING WATER BASE:

Use smooth ground tool. Minimum Make the area 1 level deep. 14 tall by 16 wide.
Because some pieces dip underground, it will show you underground view.

Deleting anything (yes, even targets for some reason) does not decrease excitement (as of Alpha 17). Might be changed now.
