Description
Marvel's version of Loki, the Norse God of lies and deceit, the adopted brother of Thor, part Asgardian, part Frost Giant.

Logics and Moveset completed (as it always is), uses a bunch of tricky tech moves to toy and move around the opponent quickly, isn't meant to stand and trade punches.
