Req: Invincibility, infinite ammo

FTGH to fly, R and Y to ascend/descend (recommended to do first)

E (toggle; press hold for a sec) for supersonic speed. (Press and hold both F and T to stop)

1,2 for fire breath
3,4 for spinning attack and 5 to swing the lance around
6 for 'ice crystals' attack
