Originally from Puerto Rico, Angel began training in pro wrestling in NYC at the age of 17. He joined ECW and founded Da Baldies, a name rumored to be an actual gang in New York. Along with Vito LoGrasso, Tony DeVito, Vic Grimes and Redd Dogg, Da Baldies rumbled with their enemies, or hired themselves out as muscle. Angel defeated New Jack at Guilty as Charged 2000 to claim the title of King of the Streets. Following the demise of ECW Spanish Angel would work in Puerto Rico for IWA. Today he is a police officer in Wichita, Kansas!
