Crescent Moon Waterfall (non-sandbox)

Description
Crescent Moon Waterfall, same as the sandbox only map, only this time _with_ a road connection.

It has a small waterfall / water source that spreads out on the map like a natural river. You need the "Mass Transit" DLC for this map, due to the use of the Four-Lane Highway and the National Road.

Additionally, two assets are needed - plants. One that looks like a lavender plant and another that's a purple flower.
