Sunken Ruin Hideout

This is a completely secluded and hidden sunken Dwemer ruin that you can make your home. It has all that you desire! All crafting equipment, a training area, lots of storage and displays for your weapons and armor, a throne for you to relax in and a unique (Falmer LIKE) follower who used to be a Dark Elf. Find all 3 of his journals to discover his past and the reason he looks the way he does. It also has an elevator to the surface for quick access to your new home. You can find the key to the lift in a chest between the 2 mannequins. The lift is for fast travel to and from your home. You cannot get to the lift by walking from the outside.
To make it to your new home you will need to be able to breathe under water. So Argonian characters will have the easiest time but if you are not Argonian bring a lot of water breathing scrolls and enchantments. It is a long swim inside the ruins and you will die if you can’t breathe under water. Don’t forget to loot all the bodies on your swim in!
