Description
Campaign introduction:
Welcome, Kasita, to the lands of Ellfador. Your defeat at Aurelis was most inopportune for you, for although you live yet, your powers and influence are all but lost. Yet, mourn not, for your absence has bought you the opportunity to arise and surprise your foes. Long have the times past that the Empire and rival underlords would fear and tremble at the name 'Kasita'. Indeed, to all but the most prudent, such a name has been forgotten. Yet, your initial fall has only paved the way for something much greater. For within the lands of Ellfador lie a great many treasures, some of which have witnessed by neither the Empire nor rival underlords for many years. To this end, research shall be pivotal as, of course, shall be the gold which lays within this realm waiting to be claimed. Move swiftly now Kasita, for Ellfador's gold remains plentiful, and never has there been a reason to not claim gold when it is there.


Level 1 - The Cult of Kasita

The arcanists of Ellfador have guarded over these lands for aeons. They do guard knowledge which shall be of use to us. Though such knowledge may be rudimentary, doubt not the use which it shall serve. For you possess only cultists, and these cultists lack even basic knowledge. Though the barracks is yours to build, no gnarlings shall enter your service, for such creatures have inadvisedly deemed their lowly selves above your almighty powers. So listen well Kasita, and heed this advice: construct a large archive and attract many cultists into your dungeon. Once you may construct a barracks, you may train these cultists who shall soon be able to rival the powers of the Empire's arcanists themselves. Now make haste Kasita, for the Empire does greedly guard many important vaults...vaults which should rightfully be yours.

Primary objectives:
* Destroy the inhibitors.
* Research the barracks.

Secondary objectives:
* Research the tavern.
* Conquer all Empire outposts.
* Amass 100,000 gold.
* Find the two spirit workers.

Estimated time: 15-40 minutes.

Thanks for playing the level, I am glad that you liked it. The idea of cultists only was indeed to make the level different, I am going to be trying different levels throughout this campaign. I am quite glad that I got the difficulty right too...jumping from a beginner campaign to an intermediate campaign means that it can difficult to judge how difficult the level should be.

Hopefully, I shall have the next level done by today.

Just played this level. Took me 42 minutes to finish it. I really liked that level! Having a cultist only level surely was different and the map offered things to explore. It was a decent challenge (for me at least), while never being unfair at any point.
I also liked the nothern passage and how it was made.

Good work on this map. Looking forward for the next levels in this campaign! ...and hopefully I will have unlocked Kasitas theme by then.
