Saturn V Launch

Description
Apollo 11 was launched from Pad 39a at Kennedy Space Centre at 9:32am on July 16th 1969, Propelling Neil Armstong, Edwin 'Buzz' Aldrin Jr & Michael Collins to the Moon & into the history books. The same pad that on February 2nd 2018 launched the first Space X Falcon Heavy test flight to Mars returning this iconic location to interplanetary spaceflight.

This TRUE TO SCALE replica of that rocket is my submission for the Channel 5 Gaming Park Centrepiece Competition, September 2017.
The Rocket is even on the Launchpad the correct way round...

Park Centrepiece Blueprint Details:

- Blueprint totals 3999 Pieces
- Pre-setup Launch display will fire at 9:32am and pm each day to mimic the actual launch time of the Apollo 11 mission. This uses various effects, in-game audio etc & more than 100 Flamethrowers!
- Saturn V rocket is the correct size, standing 110m tall, and 10m in diameter for Stage 1 & 2 of the Rocket, 6.5m diameter for Stage 3 & reducing to 4m diameter for the Service & Command Modules.
- Launchpad is based on the Crawler that the real Apollo Program rockets were transported on & launched from between 1967 & 1973, but I have turned it into a static building for the purposes of the game. (The 'NASA' Building behind it is pure artistic licence :)
- The Launch Gantry is made from 2 Bakasura & 1 Power Up Coaster towers, these are not functional and are not intended to be used. These also serve as the elevator for the 3 Astronauts :)
- Launchpad buildings contain an array of shops & facilities intended to make this building a functioning & interactive part of your park. Connect using 4m paths, it's your choice how close you make the guests walk to the exhaust vents!!
- The shops have all been renamed around the Apollo 11 Theme & The 3 Famous Astronauts now work in them too!
