Commands:
!poll (poll name here)
!vote (vote message here)
!silentvote (toggles anonymous voting)
You delete he brackets and put text there.
There can only be one poll at a time, and it lasts for up to 5 minutes, or instantly finishes whenever everyone has voted(including spectators).
