For those curious, this still works on 3.12. I do agree that it would be cool to start on the Ringworld, but I can see that being a little awkward due to the way districts are handled now.

Bit late but yeah they changed the size to 5, the districts got buffed at least

Great mod - visually love a black hole system. Would be great if we could start on the ringworld though instead of a neighbouring planet.
