Description
This building was inspired by soviet architecture of 1960-80s. It is a panel building, which has typical modernist elements like public space at the bottom of the building or "legs", which provies free passage under the building, better view and freshened air.

CS info: this is a RICO mod compatible building. You will find in high residential buildings tab. If you don`t have RICO mod it will be in parks tab.

It is bigger than 4*4 tiles. As far as I know, it is impossible to make non-rico residential building with such a size.
