I feel like this module doesn't require a lot of communication between the defuser and expert. Maybe have two different symbols (which depend on bomb conditions) act as if they were the same symbol or something like that?
Also the restriction that a SET must be all the same or different rows/columns seems really limiting, doesn't that just reduce this to checking 12 different combinations of 3 tiles?
Otherwise, this is a neat concept, I like the idea behind it!
