OVERVIEW:
Faster warp, shorter rest periods before/after warp jumps, and a slightly increased range so that you no longer need Warp 2 to get to other arms (in spiral galaxies).

FTL_RANGE_WARP = 60 # warp default is 50, wormhole is 65 and jump is 100
NEBULA_TRAVEL_SPEED_PENALTY = 0.75 # default penalty is 0.35
WARP_WINDUP = 3.0 # default = (1.0)
WARP_WINDDOWN = 1.0 # default = (8)
WARP_WINDDOWN_OUTSIDE_BORDER = 1.5 # default = (2.0)
WARP_INTERSTELLAR_TRAVEL_SPEED = 0.7 # default = (0.35)
