The Palace was built and first lived in (it's homely, for a castle) by the ''artist king" Ferdinand II and is surrounded by some rather nice forests and a big park with trees from all over the world, so maybe a bonus on great people (garden) or great artists specifically would be in order. Something similar to Neuschwanstein, but providing a bonus to gardens or even castle-and-garden combinations, perhaps?
Anyway that's just a little theming thing, nothing balance-related.
