Description
Starwolf Industries presents the Morningstar Missile Cruiser, their most powerful craft yet.

The Morningstar is survivable, devastating, and eminently capable of wiping out entire enemy fleets. It fields modest weapons for direct combat, but still does well due to the Starwolf design standards for combat vessels, specifically the reduced profile of a nose-forward orientation and a Vanadium-Chromium Steel citadel in the nose cone to protect vital systems.

The Morningstar also has an impressive delta V of 7.5 km/s, comparable to Starwolf's Champion Cruiser. As with nearly all Starwolf designs, it also carries Black Arrow drones for indirect strikes. However, the Morningstar's true strength is its enormous stockpile of 2000 advanced anti-ship Pulsar IV missiles.

Utilizing innovative Starwolf Industries dual-function warhead technology, the Pulsar IV missile carries both nuclear and flak payloads, and uses them to form a tandem warhead which defeats nearly all standard armor schemes. The nuclear flash sears off the outer layers and whipple shields, and microseconds later the flak burst strikes the weakened armor, tearing through and shredding internal systems. Additionally, against most standard armor schema, the flak will have insufficient energy to penetrate the internal bulkhead on the far side of the target, and instead ricochets around the interior of the craft, tearing apart every module and leaving the target nothing but a tube of punctured, irradiated armor.

The Morningstar Missile Cruises masses in at 7.34 kt, 128 meters long, and 45.0 Megacreds in price. When you need to turn an enemy fleet into a cloud of debris with 100% certainty, accept no substitute.

I think I had some glitchy dependencies. Reuploaded, should be fixed now.

Every time I deploy missiles, the launch grey; I think they are lacking fuel, or some other bug is at work...

@Morrigi
That was mainly for cost/weight issues. Usually I've launched all of my missiles before enemy ordnance arrives, so it's rarely an issue.
That said, swapping em out for similar ones with a few cm of amorphous carbon should do it.

Firepower's decent, but you really need to armor your magazines. They explode at the drop of a hat when you start throwing nukes around, which promptly cuts the ship in two.
