Description
"In the central part of the city at the beginning of the 20th century a building was built, which is still today the best example of the modernist style in Omsk. It was built in 1910 at the intersection of Tobolsk and Nadezhdinskaya streets.

This is the only building in the city whose facade is decorated with a picturesque panel made on ceramic tiles. It is executed in Dutch style and is located at the bottom of the corner bay window. The panel is small in size and represents a landscape on which a river is depicted and boats sailing along it.

The house was originally owned by A.V. Pechokas, at one time it housed the office of the Joint Stock Company of Kuznetsk Coal Copper.

The house is an object of cultural heritage of regional importance and is protected by law."

Thanks you are right, I think its supposed to be Art nouveau/Jugendstil, gonna change that.
Darf 26 Sep, 2017 @ 8:40am
Seems to be Jugendstil, maybe Amsterdamse school.
