[Intro]
Hello and welcome! I would like to personally thank you for simply clicking on and taking the time to investigate my first mod. Through experimentation and error I've made Yoshi a follower, given him brothers, and still I'm not finished yet. Check out the change log/description for new things and look for even more to come. I am quite proud of this mod and am anxious to hear what the players think about it, so do not hesitate to post comments/questions/complaints about its content.

[Description]
This mod adds five ‘Yoshi’s’ to the world of Skyrim, four will sell you mushrooms and buy most of your stuff, each with a unique personality:

Yoshi Yellow-Scales is the timid and fearful brother, not wanting to venture far from the safety and warmth of the Bannered Mare in Whiterun, he peddles his oddities to any friendly patron that happens to talk to him.

Yoshi Blue-Scales, while leading a rather privileged life-style after the brothers escaped from servitude, is melancholy and well… blue. To the average passerby his stent in captivity would appear to have had a profound psychological effect on him; however his brothers will tell you that he’s always been a bit of a downer. You’ll find him trying to lift his spirits at Candelhearth hall in Windhelm

Yoshi Red-Scales can tell you a thing or two about the dangers of curiosity. The most adventurous of the five, until recently, Yoshi Red-Scales has traveled the length of Tamriel searching for excitement and joy. What it did find him however was a cursed set of Deadric look-a-like armor. Now he can no longer remove the set, clip his fingernails, walk through a doorway without spelling his name three times backwards, and all his food tastes like turnips. He has resigned to his obscure fate by taking advice from his brother and setting up a shop at the Winking Skeever… mostly because they put up with his strange behavior.

Yoshi Green-Scales is the brains of the family. Taken with adventure almost as much as Yoshi Red-Scales, though with a much more serious attitude, Green-Scales has seen a great many things and has honed his skills with magic to a deadly art form. Originally the instigator for his brother’s freedom, he has never given up the search for their surviving previous owners: an insidious pair of dummer princes named Maruloni and Lugini. Cunning enough to escape the slave revolt led by Green-Scales, the twins have been on the run ever since. Now, Yoshi believes that he may know the twins whereabouts, but he needs the help of either an army or a team of exceptionally skilled individuals to assault them. To this end he has petitioned the Jarl of Whiterun up in Dragonsreach for assistance, however the Jarl is stalling the hearing for fear that such action would incur the wrath of the dunmer aristocrats. So there he waits for a potential hero to rally to his cause.

Yoshi Pink-Scales is by far the most unfortunate of the Yoshi brothers. He has been hounded and ridiculed all his life for an exceptionally rare birth defect that changes his scale pigment pink, and yes he is a boy. His coloration is so profoundly rare that when he was a slave, his masters considered him to be a living treasure. So like all precious things he was kept at all times in a cage behind a pane of thick glass in a public space so all could admire his captor’s prize. When freed by his brothers it was Pink-Scales that ultimately dealt the killing blow to the vile princess Peash, dashing her reign of slavery and depravity to a just end. Not one for a life of killing, Yoshi now spends his time drowning his sorrows in the assorted drink famous to the Bee and Barb in Riften.

[Future Thoughts]
I want to add a quest so you can hunt down Maruloni and Lugini with Yoshi Green-Scales later on, but as I'm still figuring out how to do this it may take some time yet.
