Planetary Terraforming

Game version : 1.8.*


Add a new building to the game, the Planetary Terraformer, that add new tiles on the planet every 4 years.

> Prerequisite : Terrestrial Sculpting (Tech)

> Cost : 300 Minerals

> Upkeep : 10 Energy, 20 Minerals

> Planet Modifiers :

-40% Clear Blocker cost

-40% Clear Blocker time

-20% Terraforming cost

-10% Happiness

> Special effect :

Every 4 years, a new tile is added on the planet. When the maximum size is reached (25 tiles), an event pops up and notifies you that the terraforming is finished, asking if you want to remove the terraformer.


I didn't modified any vanilla files, should be compatible with everything.
You can safely add/remove this mod during your playthrough.


Currently English only but I added all the localization files.


You can deactivate the terraformer, effectively removing the upkeep cost but it will still add new tiles.

AI won't use the terraformer. This is easy to fix, but i'll test different priority weights to ensure that it doesn't break the game.
