Phoenix Class Assault Carrier MkII

Description
Submission for UESC build contest 41

The Phoenix Class is a state of the art carrier. Designed to be deployed either individually on long range patrols or as part of a larger fleet. It's large hangar bays are designed to carry either drones or manned fighters.

Deck 5 - Bridge and airlock
Deck 4 - Living quarters, medical and engineering
Deck 3 - Drone control centre
Deck 2 - Main hangar deck (12 fighter bays) and 4 alert fighter launch bays
Deck 1 - Lower hangar deck (for large shuttlecraft)

Block count 7000 approx.

Weapon complement:
- 2 large anti capital ship turrets
- 10 anti fighter weapon emplacements
- 4 heavy fixed railguns

Inspired by the Antorak Class Marauder from Sins of a Solar Empire

Note to pilots:
The main engines operate using Whips rotor thruster script. This means they can look off when they are working.
If they don't work at all you may need to restart the timerblocks

@General martok. Thanks for the kind words. I believe it is something to do with whiplashs thruster rotor script as the main engines are not attached to the main Hull. I couldn't fix it before I entered it for a uesc competition which means I also can't edit my build until the competition is over. I will try and fix it when I can but if you find a solution in the mean time do please let me know.

This ship is one of my recent favorites, but the thrusters are really annoying, they randomly turn on and off making this annoying sound and idk how to fix it
