DFC Aurora (Modded)

The Aurora class mobile shipyard, coming into service soon after the Corporate's formation, was the largest ship in their fleet at the time. designed to be as adaptable as possible, there is plenty of unused space left around for the purpose of being filled as needed with new equipment, and the pylons each have an exposed conveyer hub for the addition of more connectors, or nanite factories, if the buyer is so inclined to use that tech.
Armed only with minimal point defense turrets, the Aurora must be escorted through hostile territory. Additional functionality includes a spacious shuttle bay big enough for six Neptune shuttles, or if the mission requires, a Valiant dropship. There is a second hangar facing the drydock section, capable of handling up to eight utility craft, and more can be docked to the end s of the pylons as needed.
If used for a military mission, the Aurora is effective as a fleet carrier. Finnally, up to four deployable bases can be built along the neck, these can be used to establish a colony in fringe space.

Notes: While not shown, sixteen solar pannels were added after I finished taking screenshots, the ship can be rebooted that way if the reactors run out.
