The reform government cool down is reduced to 4 years.

Conflicts with any mod that changes this cool down.

I am using many, but as I said, the most likely candidate for incompatibility is the Ethics and Civics overhaul. Likewise, I can't use mods that increase the number of Ethics points with that overhaul mod either.

Very likely, this mod only changes a single define. What mod are you using?

Looks like this mod doesn't work. Might be because of the ethics and Civics rebuild mod I'm using, but I have not confirmed.
