Turbo roundabout (Transit DLC)

Honestly, this is probably a bit large, overdesigned, and very expensive, but it was created with two goals in mind: no bridges, and no traffic jams with this as the root cause. This intersection should be able to handle absurdly high volumes with minimal issues. If anybody has suggestions on how to improve this, please let me know!

This version was modified to use the marvelous 2-lane highways available in the Transit DLC to improve efficiency.
