Era - 1970s / 1980s - NWA / AJPW / WWF

Before he became a hardcore legend, Terry Funk was a pioneer of the Western brawling style, winning the NWA World Heavyweight title in 1975 and successfully teaming with brother Dory Funk Jr. Terry had distinctive runs in the WWF and the NWA, having a notable feud with Ric Flair in the latter.
