Common API - Train station adapter

Description
Patches the paramsutil functions to use common api, allows to use all tracks in stations.

In the passenger station from this mod https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1099574098 does not "add" rails from other mods. Can not fix it?

I do have an alpha adapter for tom station script here:

This should make Liège-Guillemins work with Common API.
(and Dresden Neustadt and some other )

As there could be some side effects I won't upload it to Workshop currently.

What do I need to do, to make this compatible with the popular "Liege Guillemins station" which you can find in the workshop?

I want to use modded tracks (Ares track mod) but this station doesn´t support them natively.

Can I modify the files of a station mod with a text editor to make it compatible with this? There are a lot of station mods that do not support Common API natively.

Used it with Trackrules Plus...does not work :-(
