KKHTA Rei'sen RX-7

I couldn't come up with a fun pun name for this... Anyway, for October 4, it's another KKHTA themed thing, and another Trackmania skin <s>because I couldn't think of anything else to make</s>.

I reused some of the basic layout from other Touhou-themed Trackmania skins, like the Toyohime and Okuu ones. I considered putting theface on the hood like with the Koishimobile, but decided that having the front of Rei'sen's blazer on the hood would look better. I also decided against doing the blood-splatter thing that I did with the Koishi skin, because while it would have been thematic and appropriate, it would also have been a pain.
