thank you, i fixed it, reinstalled wallpaper engine and then redownloaded and it worked. great walllpaper!

Try to completely remove the program “Wallpaper Engine” with wallpaper in the folder. Install again. Possible error due to 3840 × 2160 screen resolution, video driver

всем спасибо , вообщем помогло удаление старых заставок , и по новой скачать их , все заработало , видимо неправильно скачалось .

на виндовс 10 поддерживает все,это касается любой проги,скорее всего винда кривая у тебя установи другую

У меня на 10 работает нормально, скорее всего драйвера на видеокарту надо переустановить и саму программу Wallpaper Engine
