It's a rather generic weapon used by a not-so-generic character. That character being Calamity of the original Fallout:Equestria.

This weapon's model was located on DA and was used with permission of it's creator.
Instructions
Primary Fire: Attacks.
Secondary Fire: Aim Down Sights.

Recommendations

Notes:
The weapon shoots straight and hits hard. It's a bit difficult to aim due to it's lack of scope, but it is rewarding to master when going up against shorter ranged weapons.
