Description
Z-World Gruesome is a traveling promotion in Z-World. Because of this it is not considered one of the core 5.

"The Papacy of Pain" Brad Pope appealed to Black Serpent's dark side in convincing him to fund a hardcore/deathmatch style promotion and to allow it to travel without restriction throughout the territories. Z-World Gruesome brings its unique style of wrestling to the core 5 territories often running combination shows with the established territories.

This gives Z-World Gruesome an unprecedented amount of freedom, as long as they continue to entertain Black Serpent.
