Windhelm player hideout - New Follower - Unique Weapon


In Candlehearth Hall, there is a trap door in the kitchen that leads to a cellar. Inside is a secret passage that leads to a well hidden headquarters of the Stormcloaks.


Features:

-PLAYER HIDEOUT complete with a Master bedroom that serves as player housing with safe storage, a barracks for the NPC's who reside there, a common mead hall area, crafting room, and indoor training yard.
-FOLLOWER Hjotra - Nord female who is designed to use Heavy/Light Armor, Two-hand/One-hand, Archery, and Block for customization, and can be married. Uses Mjoll/Nord Female Voice type.
-One bard, two Stormcloak Soldiers (block and archery trainers), and a blacksmith vendor.
-CRAFTING AREA features everything but a smelter, the enchanting table is in the master bedroom.
-TRAINING YARD has a pull chain that summons a Nord Ghost, intended for sparring practice. He has increased defense, hitpoints, and reduced damage. He cannot be defeated, so when you've had enough just pull the chain again!
-UNIQUE WEAPON: two-handed battleaxe. Uses the model of Rueful Axe, is of daedric quality, and can be improved with smithing. Has an enchant that never wears off.

There is a *key laying on the player's bed, and is needed to use the regular entrance located in the corner of the training room. The cellar is only intended to be used once, and the main entrance has it's own fast travel location.


Bugs/Notes:

*Hjotra will say she is returning to Riften upon dismissal, but this is just a side effect of having to use Mjoll's voice - she will in fact go back to the Stormcloak Den.
*The defeated caged troll will despawn after a few days away from the cell, and shoudn't respawn again unless you manage to stay away for 30 in-game days.
*The bard will continue to play unless you request a song, and will start again upon re-entering the zone.
*Very rarely while using followers and exiting from the cellar to Candlehearth Hall may make you fall through the world briefly.
*You don't have to be a Stormcloak to enter, so you can still get the follower and weapon regardless of Civil War story progress.
