GOW's Realistic Siege - no center Rush

Description
It's back! That essential mod that makes siege battles actual siege battles and not caputre the flag!

(1) This mod DRASTICALLY increases the time it takes to capture a city's center (it now takes approximately 166 times as long to capture).

What this does is essentially forces you (and the AI) to fight the siege to the bitter end. No longer will you have to worry about that one AI unit slipping past your walls and camping the center, forcing you to instantly respond or lose. The siege battle will no longer feel like a game of capture the flag with the AI yelling "base!" - it will now feel like a siege. Fight out the battle on the walls, then regroup with whatever units you have left and try to retake the city center!

Note: If you're using a battle time limit, this mod is basically a cheat since the AI won't be able to capture your city before the time limit ends. But, imo, if you're going for realism (which this mod attempts to achieve) you shouldn't be using a battle time limit anyway.

(2) It is now MUCH faster to capture (and lose) control of a tower on your siege wall (the thing that shoots bullets, beer kegs, bats, etc. at approaching armies).

If you're in control, you'll get it right away. If you move off (or the enemy kills you off) you'll lose control of it. I did this because the unit is supposed to be running the tower. So how is the tower still working when they leave? And you'll be able to start shooting right away :)

This mod won't affect anything else, is save game compatible, and was very well liked in TW1. It's not available from the start of TW2.

Enjoy :)

No, this Mod aint never gonna work again, unless you upload current Version, as the Workshop corrupted it.
Its not a valid packfile anymore and even renaming it, doesnt make it readable again.

@covid dinos: No, and I don't have PFM anymore to update it, but it should work fine. Minos said the mod data is missing though, so something might have happened to the mod. Feel free to give it a try though, being out of date never stopped it from working in the past

Is this up to date? Beyond sick of of this ridiculous mechanic.

The Mod Data is completely missing.

@Seckyblanket, I don't have PFM (Pack File Manager) installed anymore (I got a new hard drive recently) but if you open up my mod in PFM you should be able to tell (I'd just tell you, but I don't remember). It should only be one category and it will have very high numerical values.
