You need 2 kills with each weapon to progress to the next, and if you are setback you will lose 20 points.

Just go into a custom game, set the gamemode to gun game and start. Bots are supported. Setting the weapon ladder to random will randomize the weapon order, and setting it to close quarters will make it so that you need 4 kills with each weapon. Setbacks also make you lose 40 points instead of the regular 20.
