Welcome to Acolin System!

A complete solar system with multiple settlements and stations as well as an own back story! Every room is filled, every screen has a meaning, no block-mods, you can play this all vanilla if you want to.

This is Version 1.2 of an explorable world that you can visit in survival or creative.

SURVIVAL START

If you start in survival, you will spawn in the FTL Ring Station and be able to find a civilian FTL ship in the ring. You can use her to get to the main planets.

Most stations and ships have GPS coordinates in the remotes or in the text screens so you can discover new locations step by step.

resources should be evenly distributed among the stations and the ships.

The hub of the system is Acolin City, the main settlement on the ocean planet. You should be able to find almost all locations if you inspect the city thoroughly.

For now the ships and drones do not move as I have discovered that they sometimes crah into suddenly appearing asteroids that were not there five times before. Originally, there were a dozen or so patroling personnel transports, cargo ships and military vessels. I am considering ways to reactivate them so you can see ships passing by the switching stations and the relays.

Tons of different backstories, crafted into the world via messages, reports, orders, letters and scenes. You can visit the main settlement, Acolin City and read in the private mail of the citizens, have a look at administrative reports or flight schedules. You can find new GPS coordinates that will lead you to new scenes and new stories.

lol - they still both load up and look fine - can see what the future held just from the evolution between those two worlds - where Fighter Academy is various little areas and tasks with just one large carrier and building complex (but all looking good, with a large number of varied small ships and clever tasks) - Fleet Academy is more like a mini system, with many big ships, and a much more impressive main building complex - and bigger tasks (including scripted combat) which feel more like part of a cohesive whole instead of individual games.
Am about to get the mods for Infantry Academy which i am excited to see if i can get to work - i know some of the mods are outdated, but i'm hoping that it will just be graphical. And then i believe the next system was Acolin (kind of why i am so interested to see the world that came between it and Fleet Academy)
And then i shall get back to Ieram so i can heap some more praise on you for that one :-)

Good lord, you know how horribly outdated those Academy worlds are? I am not sure if they even still work!

Ah, i did wonder since Ieram uses the DLC - i initially found the remake of Gautus and have been working my way around - didn't check out the dates and i don't read too much description to avoid spoilers so didn't see it was the current.
I have loaded it up and am just at the first site, and have seen enough to know it's going to be awesome (coz that's just how you roll ;-)), but i will spend some more time there and then put up a proper comment on the page. I want to include something about the DLC, since while it may be divisive in the community, your worlds show off what the blocks add in the hands of a great designer. In fact the 2 versions of Gautus show that perfectly, the original is spectacular, but the new blocks allow you to push the interior designs off the charts! :-)
However, i may instead start a discussion on the forum rather than incite a row in your comments section :-)
Anyway, awesome work as usual, and i plan to go back the beginning and try the Fleet Academy :-)

First things first - it definitely works!
Secondly, it's yet another of the many immersive, exploration filled masterpieces that this dude just can't stop creating! :-)
So i just landed at Acolin City, after several hours of making my way through the system, encountering beautiful and interesting ships and stations, which reward the exploration of their every room not just with the joy of experiencing great design, but with scraps of story which are sometimes simply charming and/or funny, and other times part of one of many plot lines that lead you to other interesting locations which are guaranteed to be filled with many more awesomely designed ships, stations and buildings, and even more story to fuel the driving need for exploration.
The word i can't help using when i explore these worlds is stunning, absolutely Stunning!

Friend, could you be a bit more specific? Because I cannot fix it if I don't know what's broken :)
Does it not load? Does it load empty? Did you try to re-sub to the world? Did you load your own mod collection into it? Do you have any error messages?

I think the last pilot of the Envoy ship was drunk when he came through the gate . . . It was Upside-down. LOL :lunar2019crylaughingpig:

Oh, you may want to go over the Envoy ships and add in Parachutes to the them. Nice to have the parachute blocks, but empty is no good if you need them. Oh, and the one in this world and the Akholestis one need updating to have the Survival Kit as well just like your Gautus World.
