4 skill points per level -- With Skill Dump

Description
This mod adds 4 skill points per level up. It is for everyone, AI, Humans. All the Lords / Heroes and anything else that levels up and has a skill tree. This also adds a skill dump to the units skill tree. Each point into the dump adds 1% health capping out at 100 points spent.

Just started a new playthrough (Morathi), and while the skilldump appears, the 4 skill points is not appearing. Admittedly, I am running other mods, so that's possibly causing issues.

Skill dump is not showing up. I have several mods that add skills to lords like Mixu, Legendary Lords of Legendary Legends and others that could be effecting it. Any thoughts on forcing it to show up?

I will most likely make ones for 2 and maybe 4 but I will see when the time comes, for now since it just released workshop this one is fine.

Bit of a issue with Garagrim in Ungrim's campaign in SFO, he doesn't get the dump skill

@Commander Jarrod Yeah Kaedrin's Mod Manager. I've never had any issues with it (used it since... long time) while CA's launcher always fuck up things.

Comander Jarrod, i've been using for over a year now and i haven't found any issue with it so far. It's also the most recommended mod manager for warhammer.
