(It is my policy that anyone can use the work I've done here, and modify or add it to their own mod, and publish it, though please note the original source; albeit, in this case, you should ask Draíocht as well if using any of his files that I modified.)

This is an addon to the mod Beyond Typus ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=631545981 ) that adds new trade routes between the existing trade nodes for the purposes of making trade more dynamic and allowing more nodes viable routes to the new world. The additions are all meant to be plausible and generally do not pass through other trade routes zone of control. The main changes is that there is more variability in how one approaches access trade from far off, as well as allowing more nations and the possibility of accessing new world trade, such as Italy (via Northwest Africa), Sweden, and Japan (via the “Australia Node”, which covers most of the pacific Islands). This mod has been tested extensively and does not significantly alter AI behavior.

There is a version for the vanilla game, however, keep in mind none of my mods have been updated for the latest patch.

@reddbane do you think you could scmake this a standalone? I can't find a better mod that adds more trade nodes that are up to date. I tried using Beyond Typus and it just tugs at my performance, especially in Italy.

Not really within the scope of the mode. The main purpose it to add new routes to the default nodes of the base game.

Could you add a new trade node on iceland. There is a mod that adds ancient and yet common trade routes to the game, could you do that?

To be frank I don't have the time I used to to keep up with many of these EU4 mods and updates, and that is more so in regards to sub-mods, since it adds further complications and time sinks. I already informed Draíocht some months ago that I would be going into semi-retirement from the modding community. At his point I will only be able to sporadically update those mods that I'm still using in my personal play. However, I leave all of my mods up so that anyone can take my work and edit/update them to play with or publish their own versions.

As I've said, I've gone into semi-retirement from modding. So many of my mods won't be updated anymore unless summon the interest.
