Magicka Wells

Description
Ever wonder what those puddles of blue goop in the College of Winterhold are? Pools of reserve magicka?, homing beacons?, decorative lighting? This mod offers a possible answer.

Now all the wells can be bottled and exploited for profit! The new potion, "Bottled Magicka", increases the strength spells from all magic schools by 25%, increases total magicka by 100, and magicka regeneration by 25%, all for 60 seconds. The wells don't always give this potion (it's between a 30% and 100% chance, depending on which well), instead you may get a leveled magicka potion or nothing. The wells do respawn.

Different wells have slightly altered spawning rates and probabilities, but all wells may have "Bottled Magicka", including:
-3 on the walkway entrance to the College
-1 in the central courtyard
-1 each in the Halls of Countenance, Attainment and Elements
-and 1 below the Augur of Dunlain in the Midden Dark

I have found that drinknig the Bottled Magic causes time to accelerate rather than slow. Another effect of time accelerating is that any items in the open start flinging themselves everywhere.

That is so awesome! Though I will miss the times when the entire college turned on you, after being touted their best student, when you miss-click a bottle lying on the well...

Alright I've updated the mod to remove ownership from the wells entirely, so this bug should no longer be a problem; the issue most likely had to do with the player character already being a member of the archmage faction before the mod was loaded.

Is it possible that you could make it so that joining the College of Winterhold makes collecting from the wells no longer considered as stealing? It just seems odd that any other student or staff other than you is allowed to take from them, even after reaching grandmaster rank...
