Description
A functional Police Station with all the general ammenities of a Police HQ. Includes Helicopter Spawner (I call it “Deluxe” as a reference to the Sim City 4 Deluxe Police Station, which featured a helicopter). Works best if placed either North or South entrance facing (looks exactly as image if placed facing South), otherwise there is a bug with some texturing.

Features:
Two unique floors, with different layouts featuring common parts of a police station, including, but not limited to: lobby area, communication center, meeting / conference rooms, communication director office, interrogation room with mirror, law enforcement desks (all that paperwork), chief’s office, evidence room, armory, holding cells, briefing room, filing rooms, lockers, showers, attorney offices, and an evidence garage
Helicopter spawner on top of helipad
Gun Merchant (x2) In Communication center
Security/Officers patrolling back of station (5 total. But about 2 or so should spawn in Break room so it's not too overwhelming should you want to go in attacking CDF)
Armed Robbery (mainly for fun, there's unfortunately nothing to steal)

Prison:

Built as a Hexagon. The prison is divided into four sections. There's a main entrance. If you're able to access the grounds, it is possible to get inside. Be advised, the main security chambers are counted as Trespass zones, because well... It's a prison. Only applies to the areas that open doors. If you can sneak inside you can still explore.

Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum:
A creative interior rendition of the real life version located in Weston, West Virginia that was originally built to house the involuntarily committed. This Asylum contains a large amount of security, and quite a few Easter Eggs. Fits for the Law Enforcement as an Asylum, and benefits your city with a massive car spawn, a medic, and ambulances for your use. Does not require road access in case you want to get creative with your layout for the front.

Courthouse:

Contains a simple Courthouse with a main courtroom, a family court, probate court, law library, Clerk's office, tax office. Built in a Romanesque style architecture meant to evoke the late 1800's style of Courthouse buildings in the United States.

State Capitol Building

Contains a large Capitol Building reminiscent of the State Capitol of West Virginia, U.S. Capitol Building, and the Capitol of Pennsylvania!

Well.... If you shoot at them or shoot inside on the lot, they'll attack. But otherwise neutral and like any other Jewelry or gun store.

if you own a PD, does the CDF inside treat you neutral. like do they shoot you on sight or no?

Maestro4202, I do not entirely know how many should be spawning per city, but I know that since it is a commerce lot, it should not be many... Unfortunately, I have no idea how to control spawning levels, you might need to ask Mr. Snapper that question!

Is there a way to control how many are auto generated? Like maybe only 1-2 per city? Too many could be oppresive :)

Nice! I was wondering why the CDF had no actual station in the game...
Also, great job with the plots you make; they sure do help make VT cities more lively!
